The wine bottles you can taste to Tota Virginia, are not exhibited at the restaurant, as they would be subjected to a damaging exposition to the sun, vibes and temperature leaps, but they are, on the contrary, kept in their traditional and correct horizontal position, in an ample cellar perfectly suitable to preserve refined bottles.

Tota Virginia’s cellar counts a remarkable range of wines, counting more than a thousand and five hundred labels.

The cellar contains more than 1500 labels, ranging a huge choice among the best Champagne, Langa’s sparkling wines, Roero and Franciacorta.

We start from Barolo, real and unique king of the cellar and Serralunga d’Alba’s territory, with a rich and  selection of bottles from differente years and prestigious producers, able to give  any bottle a precise and particular personality, different from the others.

Ample space is also dedicated to Barbaresco, produced on the hills not so far from Serralunga and important character of a land able to create unique and unrepeatable wines.

The other important red wines of the area, Barbera and Nebbiolo, are presented in a profusion of labels and year  inside  the wine list, which is completed by a big selection of the best Champagne, sparkling wines of Langhe area, Roero and Franciacorta, from the most important Italian and International white and red wines, till the best Passito wines existing in the market.
