The restaurant dishes always follow the season when they are proposed, in order to offer guests fresh, healthy and qualitative high ingredients, in a perfect mix of Langhe’s tradition and creative fantasy.
It’s thanks to these dishes that chef Claudio Cagliero succeeds in giving life to original and tasting interpretations of the classic recipes presented in wonderful coreographies inside the dishes.
Honour place is reserved to Alba’s white truffle, proposed in refined courses in menus offered from half September to the end of the year. During the other months, these dishes are accompanied, on the contrary, by the black truffel, less famous, but tasty and appreciated anyway.
The guests who choose this restaurant are always welcomed with a course served before the starters, accompanied by a glass of sparkling wine; after that, the starters are served, ranging from traditional dishes to fish ones.
First and second courses are taste pearls, created with care and passion by the chef, in a fusion of first quality ingredients, giving value to the territory they come from.
