Real food, including gourmet and traditional dishes prepared with seasonal products

If you’re after a lunch in a picturesque location, savouring dishes made from the finest ingredients and enjoying a breathtaking view of the Langhe hills, Tota Virginia is the perfect place.

You can taste the best traditional Piedmontese dishes and more, in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, with professional dining staff led by Maitre Jacopo Balma Venere.

In addition to the upper room, featuring large windows that afford a unique view of the Barolo vineyards, castles and hills, the lower floor is home to the Virginia room; located behind the vineyard and with a vaulted ceiling built using traditional methods, this room can accommodate up to 200/220 people for bigger events.

Chef Giuseppe Paganini

Chef Giuseppe Paganini and his team will delight every palate with menus designed to adapt to the changing seasons and market availability, with a particular emphasis on fish dishes.

The delicacies on offer include plenty of traditional Langhe recipes reworked with a personal touch.

The local White Alba Truffle, in season from mid-September to the end of the year, is the star of the autumn menu.

The rest of the year, you can still revel in the sublime taste of black truffles, always a big hit with our guests.
